  • Legal Helpline: Providing consultation and assistance to teachers in issues like salary, leave, and social security.
  • Policy Advocacy: Communicating teachers’ issues to government and private bodies.
  • Skill Development: Organizing workshops and training programs for professional growth.
  • Welfare Programs: Launching insurance, health, and family support schemes for teachers.

Organizational Structure & Monitoring

District Level Committee
  • An IPEWF District Level Committee will be formed in every district.
  • The committee will include selected private teachers, active members, educationists, and social workers from the district.
  • The District Level Committee will be responsible for managing organizational activities in the district, conducting membership drives, and ensuring the implementation of plans for the welfare of teachers.
Block Level Committee
  • An IPEWF Block Level Committee will be formed in every block.
  • This committee will maintain direct communication with teachers at the grassroots level and convey their problems/suggestions to the District Committee.
  • The committee will assist in organizing training camps, awareness campaigns, and membership expansion activities.
Continuous Monitoring & Evaluation
  • The District and Block Level Committees will regularly submit reports of their activities to the higher-level committee.
  • Activities will be audited, inspected, and reviewed to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
  • The organization will appoint observers who will monitor committee activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
